Neither this website nor George Winters sells personal information, and neither “shares” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the CPRA. This site runs no advertising trackers and sets no cookies, so there is nothing to opt out of — but the right and this page exist regardless.

Your California rights

California residents may exercise rights including:

• Right to know — what personal information is collected, used, or disclosed
• Right to delete — request deletion of personal information, subject to legal exceptions
• Right to correct — request correction of inaccurate personal information
• Right to opt out of sale or sharing — honored automatically here, since neither occurs
• Right to non-discrimination — exercising these rights never affects the service you receive

Oregon and other states

Oregon residents have comparable rights under the Oregon Consumer Privacy Act, and residents of other states may have rights under their own laws. Our practice does not vary by state: no sale, no sharing, and reasonable requests honored for everyone.

How to submit a request

Email george@theoperativegroup.com with the subject “Privacy Request,” or call/text 541-870-8378. Describe your request and how to reach you; identity verification appropriate to the request may be required. Authorized agents may submit requests on a consumer’s behalf with appropriate authorization. We respond within the timeframes applicable law requires.
