Privacy Policy
The short version: this site sets no cookies and runs no trackers. When you fill in a form, what you type goes to George, and here is exactly where it goes.

This site has no login, no comment system, and no analytics or advertising trackers, and it sets no cookies of its own. Just reading it does not send us your personal information.
When you fill in a form
The contact, showing, home value, buyer and off-market forms collect only what you type: your name, email and/or phone number, and whatever you tell us about the property or what you are looking for. Along with it we record the page you sent it from and, if you tick the box, your consent to calls and texts with the exact wording and the time you agreed.
That information goes to George Winters and The Operative Group and is stored in Follow Up Boss, the client-management system George uses, and for off-market registrations also in The Operative Group’s database (hosted by Supabase). It is used to answer you and provide real estate services. It is never sold or handed to a lead vendor.
Calls and texts happen only if you ticked the consent box, and you can reply STOP or ask George at any time to stop.
Third-party services the site relies on
Serving any website involves some infrastructure. Ours:
- Hosting (GitHub Pages) — pages are served by GitHub, whose servers receive standard web request data (IP address, browser type, pages requested) and maintain logs under GitHub’s own privacy policies.
- Fonts (Google Fonts) — typefaces load from Google’s servers, which receive your IP address as part of serving the files, governed by Google’s privacy policy.
- Form delivery (Supabase and Follow Up Boss) — when you submit a form it is sent through a small server function at Supabase and stored in Follow Up Boss, each under its own privacy and security policies.
- Outbound links — booking links go to The Operative Group’s scheduling platform, and reference links go to government and other third-party sites. Each has its own privacy practices that apply once you leave this site.
When you contact George directly
If you call, text, or email using the contact details on this site, the information you choose to share (name, contact details, property questions) is used to respond to you and provide real estate services, and may be retained in the client-management systems used by George and The Operative Group. It is not sold. Standard professional and legal record-keeping obligations for real estate licensees apply.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the Oregon Consumer Privacy Act and the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information and to opt out of certain processing. Most requests will concern information you sent through a form or shared by contacting us directly — and we honor reasonable requests regardless of jurisdiction. Children
This site is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If site functionality changes in ways that affect privacy (for example, adding analytics), this policy will be updated first and the effective date revised.
